Our Visitors are Awesome!

A RAILROAD ENTHUSIAST, Randy Hollis, President of Owen and White, Inc., and Vice President of Engineering for LAWCO, stops by the DeQuincy Railroad Museum whenever he is in town on business to see the artifacts, especially the brass engine model collection on display in the large waiting room.  On a recent visit he noticed the signage descriptions were becoming a bit faded and offered to have some new ones made and donated them to the museum in time for the Louisiana Railroad Days Festival.  The Railroad Museum Board appreciates Hollis for his kind participation in preserving history here at the DeQuincy Railroad Museum for the town and visitors alike.

He is pictured with Katy Haley, museum docent holding the new signs.
